Just add: 90 ml vegetable oil (6 tbsp), 180 ml water, three medium free range eggs, one tub of Betty Crocker Zesty Lemon Icing
Use 2 x 8 Inch well-greased cake tins (or 2 x regular size muffin trays and cupcake cases)
